Formerly name: EEC-Coating & Waterproofing Services and duly established last July 21, 2000 as a Sole Proprietor. EEC is a Contractor that engaged in Painting, Waterproofing, Minor Civil Works, but due to a Clients call on numbers of services like Masonry, Re-Tiling, Minor Civil Works we decided to upgrade our company name into E.E.C. Coating, Waterproofing & General Services, last August 26, 2012 to fit our name base on our services we rendered not only for Painting and Waterproofing Works, Re-Roofing, Partitioning also on Retrofitting Works as well on what we can do into other related works in general building woks. In the 11^th years of service of EEC Coating propagated another subsidiary company in the name of EEC-TECHNICAL & MANPOWER SERVICES on June 1, 2011 who handled our manpower, the two-company merged into one which caters a variety of services in and outside of Metro Manila. The company operates with complete business registration prior for its full swing of operation. Due on competitive works Sole Proprietorship was not just enough when it comes to bidding competitions compared to Incorporation and Corporation company. That’s why we upgrade our company into corporation in the name of EEC COATING, WATERPROOFING AND GENERAL SERVICES, INC. registered in SEC last May 30, 2017 so we can compete with other corporate companies.
